Professional expertise includes conceptualizing and designing of projects, strategic planning, management and implementation at national level and monitoring and evaluation. He is one of the renowned consultants in energy and environment sector. In addition to his current position in MCG and RAHSTA1 as CEO, he is also president of MCG-US and serves as M&E Director for ESIA of Diamer Bhasha Dam Project which is a USAID funded project being implemented by MWH Americas Inc., in association with NESPAK, ACE, Fatoor International, RTI and RIL.

She has been working for the health and wellbeing of the people of Pakistan for the last 30 years in both public and private sectors. Equipped with rich experience of serving rural and marginalized communities, Dr. Nabeela has been involved in conceptualization and implementation of a number of national policies, plans and strategies.

Ahmed Jalal is the Senior Vice President for Overseas Operations at Metro Consulting Grid based in Mobile Alabama, USA. He is a Graduate Electrical Engineer with specialization in wireless communication. Under his command MCG-US and Kloud-7 offer IT services with focus on computer networking, firewall implementation for example CISCO, PfScense, Vyatta; complete solutions for LAN/WAN setups; extensive working on communication mechanisms utilizing VoLTE, SIP, MGCP, MS Lync; management of Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems; complete line of computer hardware; services for fixing/trouble shooting of common/ general problems during routine office working setups; offer cloud computing solutions based on Hyper-V, Citrix Xen Server, OnApp, KVM and VM Ware implementations; and, offer services based on programming knowledge in C#, C/C++, T-SQL, XML, ADO.NET, NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4

Sidra Ali is Director on MCG board and also works as Manager Business Development. She works very closely with CEO to explore new business opportunities for MCG and its sister concern NGO RAHSTA. Meets donors and clients to disseminate and share the work of both organizations. In addition, liaise and overlook activities in the field and is also responsible for monitoring and evaluation, quality control and report writing.

Asad Jalal

Asad is the youngest member on the Board of Directors (BoD) for MCG. He has completed his bachelors of accountancy in May 2013 and master’s degree in accountancy in May 2015 from the George Washington University, School of Business. Presently, he is perusing for CPA. From May 2013 to August 2014 he worked for MCG-US, Klaud-7 and MCG Pakistan on fulltime basis and managed the accounts department. Presently, on part-time basis he remotely controls the accounts of all MCG-US, MCG-Pakistan and Klaud-7. Asad is expert in real world applications of US GAAP and international IFRS accounting standards and is highly valuable asset for MCG.
